Websites that get called

Work with me.

Most of this site is for search engines and the work already happening in public. This page is for owners who need a site that actually gets the phone to ring — without an agency price tag.

Someone is searching food near them right now. Is it you — or a blurry menu photo?

Restaurant owners want to be the answer when people type “tacos near me” or “food near me.” Google’s AI Overview only names the places it can read. A Facebook page and a picture of a paper menu is not readable. That search becomes a shrug: a couple names, no winner, and the table goes to whoever had a real menu online.

I put every dish in text Google can quote — name, price, what’s on it — plus a site you own and a Google listing that matches. We can’t buy the Overview. We can make you the shop it trusts enough to say out loud.

Google’s AI Overview sits above the fold now

People still type the simple stuff: food near me, tacos, who cuts hair, who’s open. They always have. What changed is the box at the top. Before they scroll ads or the map, Google writes an answer — AI Overview — and most thumbs never leave that box.

That answer is built from what Google can read with no guessing: a real site, a real menu or service list, hours that match the listing, and a name that only points to one business. Feed it junk (Facebook, a photo of a menu) and the Overview stays vague. Feed it clean facts and it can name you.

Don’t take my word. Google Kyle Kinkin or JustDuckIt. Read the Overview. One person. One brand. No mix-up with a chain, a dead listing, or someone else’s Facebook.

That’s the same job for a restaurant or a shop: make the Overview boringly obvious so the searcher doesn’t have to keep scrolling.

The starter package

$497

Agencies often charge $2,500–$6,000 for the same stack.

  • One-page site that works on a phone
  • Hours, menu or services, photos, map, tap-to-call
  • Google Business Profile cleaned up
  • If you don’t have photos, I’ll come take them. No extra charge.
  • You own the code. All you need is the domain.
  • About two weeks. No 12-month contract.

Extra pages $75 each. Hosting and small edits $29/month. If $497 is tight, say so — the Google listing cleanup can still start at $0.

Restaurants

$697

The starter package, built around a menu Google can actually read.

  • Live HTML menu — dishes, prices, descriptions. Not a photo of the paper.
  • Menu + restaurant markup so search and AI Overview can name specific plates.
  • Google listing aligned with the site (hours, cuisine, photos).
  • Plate and storefront photos if you need them. Included.
  • Optional later: pickup / order on your domain. You keep the customer.

Long or bilingual menu +$200. You own the code. Domain in your name.

Why me, not a generic builder

  • You own it. Most “website guys” rent you a page inside their system. Leave and the site leaves with them. I build the real thing. The code is yours. Forever. Bring a domain. That’s it.
  • No upcharge menu. Photos, Google cleanup, tap-to-call, map — in the price. Not $79 add-ons stacked until the invoice looks like Nashville.
  • A real person. No ticket queue. No “we’ll get back to you.” You text or call me. I answer.
  • Built to beat the shop next door. Fast on a phone, clean on Google, easy to tap. Not a template that looks like every other $29/month page.

How it works

  1. I look at your Google listing the way a customer would. Fifteen minutes. Free.
  2. You send hours. If photos are missing, I shoot them on site — included.
  3. I build the page. You approve it. You own it.

Text “GOOGLE” and I’ll pull up your listing.
